Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into the original T.U.K. shoe box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
